RT9081A 是具有獨立偏置電壓供應端的高性能線性穩壓器，設計用於輸入電壓低、輸入輸出壓差小的應用中，電流負載能力可達 500mA。其超低壓差特性使其成為輸出電壓非常接近輸入電壓應用的理想選擇。其輸入電壓可低達 0.8V，輸出電壓可用外部電阻分壓網路進行調節。其靜態耗電很低，是可擕式應用的理想選擇。其封裝形式為 ZADFN-6L 1.2x1.2。
